Overview
Battlefield 2042 is a first-person shooter developed by DICE and published by Electronic Arts, released in 2021. As the name suggests, it is set in the near future, in 2042. It is a multiplayer-only FPS, with no single-player campaign, built around large battles with vehicles, with up to 128 players on PC. You play as Specialists, characters who each have their own gadget and their own ability.
Gameplay
As I said in my BF6 review, I am not much of an FPS player. The game is cool: it is not a tactical FPS like Valorant or CS where you die to a single bullet. Here you have time to react, the weapon recoil is reasonable, and so on.
It really is quite easy to pick up.
Verdict
For someone who is not much of an FPS player like me, the game is cool and really quite easy to pick up.
