Detroit: Become Human

This game is simply stunning in its storytelling and in its agonising choices. The themes it tackles are deep, and it has good replay value.

The animations are superb, the voice acting is well done, everything is well thought out — even the menu, without spoiling too much!

Every character has a life of their own and you grow fond of them. You are never bored thinking "it is just a game where you make choices": it is dynamic, the story pulls you in, it is very immersive. To me that is the mark of a successful work.
